Business leader and consultant in cleantech and infrastructure Mr. Lecavalier holds a BA (Honours) in Economics and Political Studies from Trent University (Ontario) as well as an International Baccalaureate from Pearson College UWC (British Columbia).

He started his career with the Canadian Department of Finance where he actively participated in the negotiations of the NAFTA. He also worked with SNC-Lavalin Capital in Montreal and with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in its London headquarters as well as in Slovenia and Slovakia.
He has also served as Senior Vice President at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) where he fostered an integrated approach to the development of new products and services for entrepreneurs across Canada and managed BDC's $600-million Cleantech Scale Up Initiative. He was previously Head, Project Development at the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) where he established relationships with provincial and territorial governments, large municipalities and indigenous groups to identify and develop CIB-bankable projects.

His previous assignments also included advising high growth companies part of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s Global Hypergrowth Project and with Sustainable Development Technology Canada to launch a deliberate effort to build out the domestic market and foster adoption of emerging climate tech.

He is currently advising cleantech startups on accessing finance and an established environmental infrastructure company seeking to expand internationally.

With nearly 20 years in drug and medtech development, Ms. Borenstein has experience in medical, regulatory affairs and bringing Canadian products to the US market for several companies.

In the past, Ms. Borenstein has headed scientific affairs for a biotech company and led the company's development team during a period of important growth. In her last operating role, she was COO for a biotech company focused on oncology. She then joined the investment team at BDC bringing risk capital to promising healthcare and life sciences companies.
As the VC industry evolved, she shifted focus toward a broader scope of the innovation ecosystem directing BDC's role in the support of the federal government’s programs to increase the availability of venture capital in Canada.

In addition to financial programs designed to develop the VC industry in Canada, Ms. Borenstein designed and teaches a course at McGill University for future healthcare start-up entrepreneurs and co-created GP Academy, a unique BDC offering to provide education on best practices and peer-to-peer learning for Canada's leading investors.

Mr. Bolduc is a licensed pharmacist (U. of Montreal – 1990), he holds a MBA from HEC Montreal (2000) and is a certified director of the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) since 2009.

In the past, he has worked in the biopharmaceutical industry in companies such as Servier Canada, Biovail, Axcan Pharma and Mistral Pharma. Since 2006, he is the chairman of Galenova Inc., a distributor of pharmaceutical products, and co-owner of Gentes & Bolduc Pharmacists, a pharmacy specialized in compounding and sterile products. He is also a co-founder of Sterinova Inc., a Canadian pharmaceutical sterile manufacturer and distributor which is approved by the US FDA.
In 2009, he joined the board of l’Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec as a director and acted as President from March 2014 to May 2023.

Mr. Bolduc is a member of many boards and committees in the life science and healthcare sectors.

Dr. Céline Desjardins holds a degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the University of Montreal. She also has a Master of Science (MSc) in Epidemiology and Community Health from Queen's University (Kingston, Ontario).

She practiced obstetrics and gynaecology in a multicultural environment, first at Notre-Dame Hospital from 1992 and then at St. Mary's Hospital from 1997 to 2013. While continuing her clinical practice, she successively held positions as Head of teaching, Director of the obstetrics service, Chair of the Council of Physicians, Dentists and Pharmacists, civil servant and then manager at Health Canada (for the approval of new drugs) in the Office of Metabolism, Oncology and Reproduction.
Pursuing her passion for providing personalized, quality care, she joined the Rockland Md team from 2015 to 2023. She was particularly invested in women's health screening and prevention.

Since April 1, 2023, she has retired from clinical activities. She is currently a member of the Sexual and Reproductive Health Committee of the SOGC (Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada).

Michelle Keefe is a global life sciences executive who has been leading teams and businesses for over 30 years. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Syneos Health, a pharmaceutical services company with 29,000 employees and operations across 80+ countries. Prior to that Ms. Keefe served as Global Group President for Publicis Health, and Regional President at Pfizer. She is currently a Member of the Board of Tandym Group.

As CEO of Syneos Health, Ms. Keefe led the company through a successful go-private transaction with a consortium of private investors valued at $7.1 billion.
Ms. Keefe is currently a Senior Advisor at Warburg Pincus with a specific focus on healthcare. She is also a member of the global advisory committee of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
